Planet Earth Gradient Pack by ClaireJones Planet Earth Gradient Pack by ClaireJones
This pack was inspired by the idea of using natural fractals as a base for gradients. The gradients included are derived from government satellite images of Earth. While they may appear a little odd, I was generally pleased with how they affect Apophysis flames.

Note: Gradients are lighter than they appear in this preview image. To see the actual gradients, go here: [link]

Thanks. :aww: Actually, no. Most of the images were from NASA and NOAA. While I've been curious about Google Earth, I haven't tried it yet.

Oh, you absolutely must! You can 'fly' anywhere in the world. And now there's Google Sky incorporated in the latest version, featuring some amazing images from the Hubble. I have a piece in the wings inspired by these images...

What is Apophysis?
Is it related to gradient?
because I abnormally love these colors.

Thanks! Apophysis is a fractal generating program that relies on these types of gradient files to colour the fractal. You can read more here: [link]

I'm sorry if I bother you anymore, but all this is based on some time of math formulas to make patterns or shapes?

Question... will this work with Apophysis 2.02 or just Apophysis in general? 2.02 is the version I have and I've been looking to update it but my computer dosen't have the capacity to update the program (which I'm mad about :shakefist:)

Anyway these look amazing and hopefull they'll work with the version I have.

Peace and good luck with future projects. =D
